Conference Waiver & Policies

Please Read & Sign Prior to Conference:
 

Hold Harmless Agreement:
I agree on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, executors, and personal representatives, to hold harmless and defend Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Dubuque, its officers, directors, agents, employees, or representatives associated with the service trip from any and all liability claims, loss or damage arising from or in connection with my participation in the conference.

Cancellation Policy:
Requests for refunds must be made via email to e.blocker@dbqarch.org and received on or before April 15.  There is a $50 administrative fee for refunds.  No refunds or cancellations will be accepted after the deadline
