Caleb Gates

Caleb became a Case Manager for Catholic Charities in October 2023 to help refugees and immigrants become self-sufficient and integrate into the community. Caleb previously worked for Catholic Charities from 2014-2017 as a Refugee Resettlement Case Manager. Caleb has worked with immigrant and refugee populations since 2011 in Iowa and Kentucky. To better understand and communicate with clients, Caleb learned conversational Spanish, French, and Swahili. He is currently learning Haitian Creole to better assist clients and learn more about the world.
When not working, Caleb enjoys reading/writing, and keeping up with his wife and 6 kids.
