Dave joined Catholic Charities in 2024 as the Senior Facilities and Housing Manager. He has a diverse background in public service, real estate, and property management. A Dubuque native, he served for 15 years as a police officer for the city of Dubuque as well as several years as a paramedic and volunteer firefighter for Key West Fire. His experience in real estate spans nearly 20 years including many years as a licensed realtor as well as extensive experience building and managing a real estate portfolio. In 2022, Dave returned to school and earned his MBA. Dave is married and a father of four and in his spare time enjoys spending time with his family, pheasant hunting, riding four wheelers and anything outdoors.
