He was most recently General Counsel for Service Employees International Union, Local 199 in Iowa. He also served as an Assistant General Counsel for a national environmental organization headquartered in Massachusetts. Jim has a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University as well as his master’s and legal degrees from the University of Iowa.
