Rachel Blough is a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 13 years of experience working with families, individuals, and youth. She received her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Northern Iowa and her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Rachel has genuine compassion for serving and responding in love to others. Rachel is a trained professional in the Nurtured Heart Approach and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). She has led family engagement training and sessions, and likes to use creative methods in her approach with clients such as sand play, art, and talk therapy. Rachel is thoughtful, genuine, and understanding with an array of tools to offer clients during counseling sessions.
