Life can be stressful and challenging and can impact our mental health. Sometimes we need a safe and compassionate space free of judgment. A space in which we can learn new healthy ways to manage those challenging times. Rosa enjoys working with people of all ages and is interested in working with individuals that might be struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transition. Rosa believes that healthy individuals build healthy relationships, and healthy relationships build healthy communities. Rosa works in the Catholic Charities Cedar Rapids office and sees clients Monday through Friday.
