Sarah provides clinical services to clients of a variety of ages and concerns. Her previous experience includes: family and marriage/couple therapy, trauma treatment, parenting coaching, and support, treating anxiety and depression, supporting those struggling with life transitions, and working with adults and adolescents who struggle with substance abuse and other compulsive behaviors, as well as individuals who suffer from chronic and severe psychiatric disorders. She has specialized training in diagnosing and treating attachment needs, as well as sand tray work, and is trained in several evidence-based practices, including EMDR, PCIT, DBT, and TF-CBT. She is unapologetically Catholic and works competently from a Christian worldview with people of any background.
