Tracy Morrison

Executive Director

Tracy joined Catholic Charities in 2007 and has been the Executive Director since 2009. She has a Master’s degree in Counseling and is licensed in Iowa and Illinois. She is a National Certified Counselor and has spent her entire career working for non-profits advocating for those in need. Prior to her work at Catholic Charities, Tracy was a counselor working primarily with abused and neglected children and their families. Tracy’s passion for her work led her to opening Tyler’s Justice Center for Children, a non-profit children’s advocacy center in Stockton, Illinois that coordinates the investigation, prosecution, and treatment of child sexual abuse and severe physical abuse cases. She served as the Executive Director of this organization for 5 1/2 years until she began her ministry with Catholic Charities.
